NIP Group has signed an agreement to acquire Bitcoin mining equipment with a total hash rate of approximately 4.47 EH/s, with the transaction valued at up to $27.3 million. The company is expected to issue up to 247.1 million Class A common shares to the seller. Following the acquisition, NIP Group's total hash rate will increase to approximately 13.85 EH/s, and the monthly production target for the mining site will rise to about 195 Bitcoins, an increase from the previous target of 160 Bitcoins, which is valued at approximately $16 million at current prices.
